PT

During the last school year, we have had an increasing demand for private gymnastics training, tried it out and received a positive response. Therefore, we are now opening up to offer private gymnastics training, both for children and adults, in addition to our courses.

For adults, we also offer PT in adapted yoga, pilates, mother-baby training and pregnancy yoga. For adults as well as for children, the training is completely adapted to the customer's needs. For example, motor training, technical gymnastics or specific strength training.

Fee PT children, 45 min:

1 child 650 SEK
2 children 750 SEK
3 children 850 SEK
Fee PT adult, 60 min:

1 adult 850 SEK
2 adults 950 SEK
