Gymnastics continuation

For children born in 2015-2017 who have taken the course Gymnastics - basic training, speed or continuation

Termin 1-2

Här utvecklas de motoriska grundmomenten till fler gymnastiska övningar, med och utan redskap. Träningen ger en bred motorisk grundkunskap såväl som en gedigen grund för att i framtiden kunna träna mer avancerad gymnastik. Kursen ges endast terminsvis och lektionerna är 60 minuter.

Termin 3-4

För de barn som gått Gymnastik fortsättning 1-2 terminer. Vi fortsätter att jobba vidare på de mer avancerade övningarna och jobbar utifrån truppgymnastikens grunder.

Please note that we have costume requirements on this course, which means that the gymnast must wear a costume/bodysuit during the lesson.

At Gymnastics – Speed/Continuation/Advanced, the courses are held in semesters. One semester consists of 16 lessons, course fee 3,510 SEK. For Gymnastics – Speed/Continuation/Advanced courses, a registration fee of 480 SEK is payable upon acceptance of the received group proposal for the autumn semester. The registration fee constitutes part of the full course fee.
