Tr\u00e4ningen ger en bred motorisk grundkunskap s\u00e5v\u00e4l som en gedigen grund f\u00f6r att i framtiden kunna tr\u00e4na mer avancerad gymnastik. Kursen ges endast terminsvis och lektionerna \u00e4r 60 minuter.<\/p>\r\n<h4>Termin 3-4<\/h4>\r\n<p>F\u00f6r de barn som g\u00e5tt Gymnastik forts\u00e4ttning 1-2 terminer. Vi forts\u00e4tter att jobba vidare p\u00e5 de mer avancerade \u00f6vningarna och jobbar utifr\u00e5n truppgymnastikens grunder.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Please note that we have costume requirements on this course, which means that the gymnast must wear a costume\/bodysuit during the lesson.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>At Gymnastics \u2013 Speed\/Continuation\/Advanced, the courses are held in semesters. One semester consists of 16 lessons, course fee 3,510 SEK. For Gymnastics \u2013 Speed\/Continuation\/Advanced courses, a registration fee of 480 SEK is payable upon acceptance of the received group proposal for the autumn semester.
